Jastrowiec
Stara Wieś is an old knightly village located in the southeastern part of the Kaczawskie Foothills, on the border with the Eastern Ridge of the Kaczawskie Mountains, north of the extensive massif of the Wapniki Mountain (509 m). Notable historical sites in the village include the church dedicated to the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, with origins dating back to the end of the 13th century and significantly rebuilt at the end of the 15th century. Around the church, there is a cemetery with tombstones from the 17th to 18th centuries, surrounded by a stone wall.
The palace was created through the transformation of a Renaissance fortified manor in the mid-18th century, acquiring a Baroque appearance, and was further reconstructed in the 19th century. In the vicinity of the palace, there are buildings of the former estate – residential outbuildings with ornamental gables and utility buildings, created during the conversion of the manor into a palace in the first half of the 18th century. A third outbuilding in the form of a small palace with a turret stands in the depths of the park. An ornate entrance gate leads to the entire complex from the north. Behind the palace, there is a neglected landscape park with a pond. In its southwestern part, there is a enclosed water source – the Source of Mary, next to which stands a statue of Mary.
At the large closed limestone quarry near Bukowa, there are two ruined lime kilns used for the production of lime. In the walls of the quarry, reaching a height of 20 meters, there are visible entrances to small shelters (caves), partially destroyed during exploitation and preserved only fragmentarily.
