Liquors from below Chmielarz from the Kaczawski Region are made from local fruits: chokeberry, sloe collected from the slope of Chmielarz Mountain and wild cherries. Liqours are made in a traditional way according to the recipe of granma Stasia. Available at the Guesthouse Pod Chmielarzem.
