Apikraina
The location of Apikraina at an altitude of 615 meters above sea level captivates with picturesque views described by the famous and respected traveler, one of the pioneers of modern geography, Alexander von Humboldt. He considered this view to be one of the most beautiful in the world.
The gesthouse is surrounded by greenery on a plot of almost a hectare, which guarantees a vast space, safety for the youngest guests, and unrestricted use of attractions on the playground, including two trampolines, a mini climbing wall, a sandbox, a cottage resembling ‘Baba Yaga’s’ one, hammocks, swings, and sports fields.
During the winter season, in front of the house, there is a sled hill for our young guests (sleds with or without backrests, plastic sleds, and sliders available on-site at no additional cost). The property is located a 15-minute walk from Łysa Góra (one of the higher peaks of the Kaczawskie Mountains), where you can enjoy horseback riding year-round or experience the magic of sledding in the winter.
Apikraina is agrotourism farm where mountain honey is harvested from the BeeKapella apiary located on the property. Being located amidst the highest peaks of the Kaczawskie Mountains, such as Okole, Łysa Góra, and Skopiec, in the region of the Sudetes known as the Land of Extinct Volcanoes, allows our bees to produce honey in an area where chemical sprays are not used. BeeKapella is surrounded mainly by forests, meadows, and uncultivated agricultural land.
Apikraina offers you 5 spacious, comfortable, heated rooms with a bathroom, fridge, kettle, internet access, and TV.
Guests can use the kitchen, equipped with utensils and pots necessary for preparing meals. Spices, coffee, tea, and an electric kettle are also available in the kitchen. There is also a microwave and two induction cooktops available for use. The kitchen is connected to a children’s play area, a dining area, and a fireplace, allowing the whole family to spend quality time together.
We also provide our guests with free parking in a fenced and 24-hour monitored area.
On the premises of the guesthouse, there is also a separate area for bonfires and grilling. There is also a volleyball and badminton court as well as a recreational soccer field available.
