The power of women – the power of the Geopark!
This was the motto of a meeting held on 29 March at the Geoscience Centre in Dobków.
Women from our region. Different generations, different passions, different activities, different experiences and different municipalities. Leaders, housewives, village leaders, mothers, grandmothers, entrepreneurs, artists, activists. Each is different. Each is unique and necessary. And it is this otherness that makes TOGETHER a powerful force!
The meeting was organised by the Local Action Group Kaczawskie Partnership Association, and the partners were the House of Creative Meetings “Ptasia Dolina” and the Land of Extinct Volcanoes UNESCO Global Geopark.
The meeting was inspired by the TV ARTE film ‘Sisters of the Earth’ (directed by Pascal d’Erm and Christoph Schwaiger, France). The film has 4 parts and was filmed on 4 continents. One part was filmed in Poland – in the House of Creative Meetings “Ptasia Dolina” in the Kaczawskie Foothills.
