Versus Studio & Art Gallery is dedicated to the work of a well-known glass artist from Wrocław and a co-creator of the place, Pati Dubiel, whose works stand out among the creations of other artists specializing in this technique. Just like the volcanoes in the land where the Gallery is located, Patrycja’s works explode with color and sensuality. As solidified lava, they surprise with their form. Similarly to the once-operating mines in the Kaczawskie Foothills, they bring difficult topics to light, often addressing subjects considered taboo in society. Referring to the ceramics production carried out in Bolesławiec, Patrycja’s works also have practical value. In addition to unique artistic glass, guests can also view Patrycja’s drawings, as well as paintings, ceramic sculptures, outdoor works, or graphics by other distinguished artists from the region, the country, or abroad. It’s worth mentioning that the Gallery’s offer includes both small souvenirs and large designer works. The Versus Gallery also conducts glass processing workshops, including: painting glass vessels with glass paints, frottage, glass mosaics, mirrors, and more.
