Izerskie Foothills and Izerskie Mountains
Izerskie Foothills and Izerskie Mountains – the most western mountain range in Poland, familiar for bicycle riders and ski runners (Jakuszyce). Naturalists are keen on highland peat bogs with rare species of plants and on the valley of the Izera river, whose waters flow to the North Sea. Also Czocha Castle and dams on the Kwisa river are worth seeing.
The distance from the Kaczawy: 15-80 minutes by car (5-80 kilometers)
