Twin furnaces in Leszczyna

There is ample evidence that copper ores mining was present in the vicinity of Prusice and Leszczyna in the distant past. „Dymarki Kaczawskie” is an event which takes place every June near two twin furnaces in Leszczyna. This village, hidden in forests near Złotoryja, can become one of the most interesting centres for reconstructing prehistoric mining and metallurgy in Poland.
