The Mysliborski Gorge

The aim of establishing „The Mysliborski Gorge” Reserve was above all the rigorous protection of the most unique species of ferns: Hart's-tongue Fern and Hard Shield Fern. Unique fir mistletoe parasitizes the last surviving, old firs. The Jawornik's Gorge occupies the majority of the territory of the reserve. Its walls are built of greens with elements of pillow lava. It is best to follow the educational path or the Trail across the Land of Extinct Volcanoes if one wants to see the reserve. There is a place for picnics „On a Sunny Meadow” and a big parking in the neighborhood.
