The Wielisławka Mountain
The Wielisławka Mountain is famous for its natural monument: the Wielislawskie Great Organ Pipes in Sedziszowa at the Kaczawa bank. It is a must-see. The rock has a form of a fan built of red-coloured rhyolite columns. On the top of the mountain, there is a double stronghold from the pagan times and the ruins of a robber baron's castle, and an inn. The mountain is marked with several caves, gold miners' drifts and mysterious pits. Wielislawka is also a refugium of many valuable and rare species of fauna and flora, which are nicely presented on a recently open educational path (3.2 kilometers long).
